Having viewed the latest plans for the development at statpro house, I am horrified at the size of the proposed development and question, what is the point of my property being deemed part of the conservation area, when they are proposing to build this monstrosity virtually opposite?
The plans are just too vast, we residents on Hartfield road already have to put up with the increased traffic flow, as all other roads in the area have traffic calming measures. We shouldn’t have to put up with a development like this as well.
