AGENDA

 Annual General Meeting of the Wimbledon Civic Forum will be held at [Drake House, St George's Road, Wimbledon, London SW19] at 8 p.m. on 7 December 2004 for the following purposes.

1.         To receive the Annual Report from the Executive Committee.

2.         To receive the audited Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2003.

3.         To consider proposals for election to the Governing Council.

4.         To elect the following Honorary Officers:

            Honorary President; Honorary Treasurer; Honorary Secretary.

5.         To appoint Strover Leader & Co., chartered accountants of 20-22 Worple Road, London SW19 as auditors to hold office until the conclusion of the next AGM.
